Frequent urination and needing to wake at night to urinate are very common symptoms of Hg.

Your list of Hg related symptoms is too long plus you are taking ALA which kicks up hg from your silver-Hg fillings.

Diet, supplements and psych meds will help with symptoms. However if you continue to use the ALA and assuming Hg is involved, you will start with the burning brain and other really dreadful symptoms. those in HM groups with those sfx are approaching the point of no return.
