Candida can feed on most anything, but ketones aren't efficient fuel sources. Candida can metabolize certain ketone bodies and be inhibited by others. The effect of ketones on neutrophils can inhibit their ability to eliminate candida. I'm not sure if this what you're referring to when you talk about candida becoming resistant.
