OK, but I do get symptoms after all carbs. Frutis are the less worse IMO and I can tollerate them a lot, even I would eat them and being happy as I feel better and with more energy when eating them, however, I should confess that eating them still provides slight flare ups.
However, if I have to avoid all flare ups, that means to go again to 0 carb and ketosis.
Starch (potatoes and rice) are a true hell tough.
What would you reccomend - to avoid all carbs and go into ketosis again, or to avoid just starch and eat fruits?
BTW, whats your opinion on the study that found that candida becomes resistant in the presence of ketones, and if you agree with it, how much and what carbs would you recommend in grams per day in order to stay out of ketosis?
