Okay i can hold it in for more than 10min but not all the time. I lie on my right 5min, back 5min, left 5min. I think i will start to lay on my left first since i saw u mention that. I see tons of stuff only after 1 enema probably cause i can hold it for longer with mote fluid. I dont know what yeast looks like. But its a bunch of tissue small tan, yellow pieces like tissue and tons of mucus. I even see thin small stringy worm things.
I will buy a smaller one because i need to position myself with my butt up and head down to do the last retention enema. it would be really hard to do that with the larger enema bags.
