In the beginning I belched quite a bit all through the day. Now by following the protocol diligently I only belch in the morning after taking antifungals. My theory is that the belching is caused by CO2 released by the candida. If left alone candida will continuously produce CO2 by fermentation. When attacked by antifungals it releases tremendous amounts of CO2 quickly from the die-off. That is how I know I am experiencing die-off by the amount of belching I experience. I have not overcome the belching but it now occurs much less than before.
