I have not doubt at all without the enemas is impossible for most candida sufferers to win this battle. You are right about no using antifungal/antibacterial substances in a retention enema. The only reason I haven't adviced fluconazole is the fact of the rapid drug absorption using the rectal way and the liver. With the Nystatin, there isn't any problem since most of it isn't absorbed but Fluconazole may saturate the liver with a rapid rectal absorption. Anyway, you are using a very good method and have done your homework researching about it.
