I actually have one of those enema bags. I tried it and found out that I can't hold more than about 4-6 oz. more than a minute. If you can hold 8 or more oz. for more than 10 minutes, I congratulate you. I wish I could. I do the 2 of the small flushes back-to-back and get good amounts of feces and yeast out with each one. The last flush always has more yeast in it which tells me that most of the yeast lives way up inside the colon. I am confused about by your statement "with the smaller ones you can't really lie down and relax." I feel that way about the large enemas. In fact I think large enemas are torture. If you can handle them, that's great. They are better than small ones. I just can't handle a large enema. Tweet
