You are doing it all wrong. First off if you have leaky gut you should not be eating any grains at all gluten free or not. Same goes with all nuts and seeds. No soy no milk no eggs no corn no beans no peas no potato no tomatoes. List goes on and on. Also nothing acidic like Oranges. Or caffeine.

Best way to get rid of your fungus overgrowth is to flush it out. Go to one of them clinics that took you up to them machines that flush and suck your intestines out.

Then stop wasting your money on store bought probiotics and start growing your own with water kefir grains.
