Regarding to Lactulose, yes, it is an advanced Prebiotic with effects on LAB, specially Bifidobacterias. There are several commercial formulas of Lactulose that has some other Sugar added such as Lactose and Galactose. Candida sufferers can not consume them. It is necessary it be 100% lactulose. Lactulose is a milk derivative but is classified as a Sugar alcohol and candida species don't ferment Sugar alcohols such as xylitol, erythritol, etc. 100 % lactulose tablets from Russia can be found in Ebay and sometimes in Amazon. There is also a prebiotic called Lactofiltrum that is based on lactulose. I have bought Lactofiltrum in Ebay from different sellers and always got it. Jorge
