I actually have tried the almond butter from trader joes and i love it! This info is informative tyvm.

For some odd reason i have to have dairy probiotics or i will just start getting very sick. Cheese with enzymes is specially good for me, I guess all bodies are different. I have tried dairy free probiotics and made me horribly sick.
