Coconut oil stopped mine.1 teaspoon per day Nutiva brand at GNC $15.00 for a months supply solid at room temperature but it melts in your mouth. Pleasant coconut taste if you like coconut. I started taking coconut oil for memory and it stopped mucus in my throat. It took me 45 years to find help with this. I'm 90% better. I don't have to clear my throat continuously. Such relief!
