I have the same thing. This started happening maybe a week ago. It seems to get progressively worse as night approaches. That is due to a panic attack. I have recently seen a ENT and he is going to perform a swallow study and a procedure where they numb your nose and throat and out a camera down it to see what is going on. They have given me every antihistamine but that drys me out. It is thick and needs 2 get thin so I can get it out. Try Musinex but not the DM. Just straight Musinex.Let me know if u went 2 the dr and found anything out
