Gina had me a little scared with the ER trip story, but if I split it up, it should work out.
The total body cleanse feeling sounds appealing. I feel like I've hit a plateau :( I KNOW there's junk in there that needs to come out. Adding 300mg KI is coaxing more out via the lungs... but, not as much as I'd like.
In your opinion, does SSKI work the same as Lugol's? I mean, in the sense where larger doses seem to lessen detox? I'm sort of back and forth on where to go at this point... My detox seems to come in the form of chest colds, almost like a bacterial or viral infection.. it's odd that it's not typical bromide stuff that's usually reported. So, I'd rather just push it all out. Tweet
