yes, 4700. But like Iodine amounts "promulgated" by "the authorities", that number is probably low. So, I double it.

Life is much different, when one is sufficient in potassium!! Worse case, of excess, I piss out the excess. As far as I can tell my kidneys are ok. I avoid "herbs", I suspect some "herbs" taken regularly can do kidney damage, but it is conjecture. I just follow the diet of my ancestors :)

Do an internet search, and find that about 99% of the people are deficient in potassium.

It is an amazing life for a 17 y.o. like me, being sufficient in both potassium and iodine, mmmmmm good. Sooooo good, I was told :)
