Dental work and fillings, not a problem.

I don't even tape the magnets on. I sit them on the shelf with the bottle... like this-

and the strength of the magnets pulling on each other is enough to keep them in place usually.

It's hard to say if it makes any difference other than taste, but that alone makes it worth the extra trouble. Especially if you take your iodine in water.
