Grizz told me once (If I got it right) that it's better to take Lugol's for one specific problem. Don't remember what it was… and why, but I understood it was better for me to take lugol's. There's something in SSKI some people can't convert properly and it is already with Lugol's? So lost here, lol! Grizz, help!
