Dave,
The septic plumbers typically offer the option of a 50 gallon drum of 30% Hydrogen Peroxide dumped into the laterals after the hydro blasting procedure for soil rehab.

I suspect that your laterals are just clogged up with years of solids, like mine were, and as shown in my videos at the wrap up. If you have trees in the area, then tree roots as well.
