I'm not sure...to be honest with you...I know their parasite cleanse has herbs in it that gets the bowels going! I always get a good bohemeth out every now and then! Lost seven pounds of poop in two days!! HA!!

With that...I know that I have read some doing the Colon Cleanse along with the cleanse to help get them going, you just take the pills different then the normal colon cleanse, it's like three in the morning and five at night or something like that? Don't quote me on that....but I know the Colon Cleanse is like three three times a day....it's a personal choice really...
