Greetings,
I have very strong progressing pain during and before menstruation... it is taking up at least half the month now in pain! :( The ObGyn says it is Endometriosis (I also have a history of PCOS, Osteopenia, and a lifetime of irregular menstruation) I have been doing a lot of research and see there could be a link with parasites in the uterus as well as liver etc...
Does anyone have experience with this that they can share?
I want to start on a cleansing protocol ASAP.
I don't know where to begin? There are so many options for parasitic cleansing, and full body cleansing (colon, liver, kidney, etc...) What order is best to cleanse??? And what protocols are suggested?
ps ~ I understand diet and nutrition can play a key role in Endo, but for the past 15 years I have avoided all processed foods, do not eat meat, dairy, or non organic. Fruits/veggies/lentils/beans/rice etc... make up bulk of my diet.
I am convinced the pain is manifesting from one or more of the following things:
~parasites
~emotions
~physical problem (such as prolapsed uterus, etc)
~hormonal (I have lifelong history of irregular menstruation ...it varies between about 30-70 days but sometimes does not come for several months. and after going of BC 15 years ago, I had no mense for over 2 years!)
Please,does anyone have personal experience or suggestions how I go about the appropriate cleansing order to dissolve the root of this painful problem?

Have you eliminated Gluten from your diet as well? If not, you may want to look into how gluten can harm our hormones....You may also want to consider other food intolerances you may have i.e. night shades and corn etc...
I think you are definitely in the right direction with understanding and researching parasites.
Prior to doing a our first cleanse I was very sick and had really bad cramps and painful periods. I would lay in bed all day...or the floor if I couldn't get to bed... Never diagnosed with Endo, but after my first cleanse my second period was a breeze!
I personally like Humaworms cleanse (there are quite a few natural cleanses out there-as well as chemical parasite dewormers you can try-just do your research and find what you are comfortable with), and I would most definitely start with a parasite cleanse and move on from there.
I'm pretty sure everyone has parasites, and they can cause MANY ill effects on our bodies and create in-balances within our body systems causing havoc on our hormones, emotions, and well being!
Other things you may want to look into is doing a Colon Cleanse which you mentioned as well as a Liver Flush....

My diet has also been gluten free for 15 years, and I rarely eat corn or night shade. I judge any possible food intolerance or allergies based on my digestion which is very good. I have been researching and finding out a slew of info I will be trying (one at a time) but I think I should start with cleansing. Should I start with just a parasite cleanse or combine it with a colon cleanse?

This is a reply to # 2,209,698If you were me, I would do the parasite cleanse first! Get them out of there as fast as you can! Then when you are finished move on to the colon cleanse, and the Liver Flush you can do whenever, is my belief.
However, I would not do that while you are on the cleanse because you are going to feel horrible already....Also, I personally would not combine the parasite cleanse and colon cleans at the same time, as you don't want to bind any of the herbs to the fiber and loose its impact, BUT you can combine them...I just wouldn't...

This is a reply to # 2,209,714Doesn't humaworm have a combo type thing where they have a parasite cleanse that has some kind of Colon Cleanse herb to make sure they aren't getting backed up? Not a full Colon Cleanse but something to move the bowels to make sure everythings getting dumped?
I might be think of something else.
There is an order to follow but I don't remember. I know bowel is before liver but I dont remember where parasite comes in. The HW site should say. Thats usually people just doing them as a yearly thing though. Someone with an active infection might not have time to mess around. As long as the bowels are moving, it shouldn't make too much of a difference. Time is something you don't ever get back. The Colon Cleanse could probably be done while waiting for the parasite cleanse to arrive in the mail too. Supermarkets have them and laxative teas.. just to get things moving while you're waiting.- Re: Parasites and Endometriosis jahlife

This is a reply to # 2,209,721I'm not sure...to be honest with you...I know their parasite cleanse has herbs in it that gets the bowels going! I always get a good bohemeth out every now and then! Lost seven pounds of poop in two days!! HA!!
With that...I know that I have read some doing the Colon Cleanse along with the cleanse to help get them going, you just take the pills different then the normal colon cleanse, it's like three in the morning and five at night or something like that? Don't quote me on that....but I know the Colon Cleanse is like three three times a day....it's a personal choice really...

This is a reply to # 2,209,768I was diagnosed with adenomyosis recently.. its sort of like endo, but the endo lining grows IN to your uterus muscle layer instead of growing all over the place. The only way to truly fix it is to balance your hormones (too much estrogen). I started supplementing with Iodine to get my hormones in check and because the major organs like uterus and glands like thyroid needs it to run smoothly. (120mg of Lugols every day) but Iodine supplementing requires a ton of research before starting. It has done miracles for me... but it reacts differently in different people, so I really can't say to go jump on that wagon and it will fix you. But if you want to go the 100% natural route, fo to walmart and look for the thyroid supplement with kelp, l- tyrosine and bladderwack.

This is a reply to # 2,209,714I would try pyrantel first and see if anything comes out. If you are going to do an herbal take the pyrantel to paralyze them so they don't scatter. I do think parasites cause period and hormonal problems.

This is a reply to # 2,209,565I have many cases like yours, these symptoms have little to do with diet or parasites. It deals with accumulated subconscious feelings. Invariably these female conditions deal with feelings of rejection, mistreatment by lovers or boyfriends. It also could involve a history of sexual abuse or just wanting to have children but there being some restriction or block preventing your desires.
Dietary changes may be of temporary help but as soon as you get off the special diet or meds or whatever the symptoms most often will return.
