I was diagnosed with adenomyosis recently.. its sort of like endo, but the endo lining grows IN to your uterus muscle layer instead of growing all over the place. The only way to truly fix it is to balance your hormones (too much estrogen). I started supplementing with Iodine to get my hormones in check and because the major organs like uterus and glands like thyroid needs it to run smoothly. (120mg of Lugols every day) but Iodine supplementing requires a ton of research before starting. It has done miracles for me... but it reacts differently in different people, so I really can't say to go jump on that wagon and it will fix you. But if you want to go the 100% natural route, fo to walmart and look for the thyroid supplement with kelp, l- tyrosine and bladderwack. Tweet
