Accutane was 10 years ago. That has nothing to do with why I am sick now. Please get your son off that drug IMMEDIATLY. I took that when I was 17 and it RUINED my life. I had to go on ssris because of that poison. I still get nightmares of those days as a teen with that kind of depression.

I don't need 5htp. That stuff gives you erectile dysfunction anyway I get enough "serotonin" from lifting heavy weights in the morning
