Re: Lugols destroyed my health

Trapper did not delete your posts, I did; now removed to other forums. It is ok that you hate lugols, but the Iodine VWT is a supplementation forum.
- for those who supplement, or want to supplement with iodine. The whole internet is full of warnings of iodine, 100.000 ++ of doctors warns about iodine, the whole big pharma warns about iodine. This forum is for supplementing with iodine, good and bad; but not for trolling the forum over and over again with the same head postings. I had a hell of a detox myself, 3 months; I almost gave up in the middle of it. All in my posting history. Almost daily we reply to posters with detox problems, most of them recover pretty well. But we cant win them all:)
