People doing research on here need to know Lugols isn't safe for everyone to drink. And for anyone here on the fence about trying Lugols don't risk it if your already healthy. I wouldn't want any other human to go through what I have these past months just sitting on my couch with bloodshot red eyes feeling like I would be happier dead after ingesting it. People get sick from Lugols all the time search the forums
