Well, you know the stereotype with Asians having small frames and small.. well everything else. There is such a stereotype because the majority of Asians do have small boobs (or no boobs as in my case LOL) and small penises. My parents and grandparents were malnourished not because there wasn't food but there wasn't the right kind of food (meat). If you're smaller, you can get away with needing less nutrients, hence the survival need for a smaller build.
