Re: Do you want to look like a pig?
You may think you need meat, and you may think you are feeling better eating meat, but you are just perpetuating your own suffering.
If I was an older person and felt good eating meat then I would continue doing it. But that doesn't mean it's proper and it absolutely does not mean it's good for other people to do.
You say 'we are all different'. We have all gotten ourselves into different types of messes is more correct. The truth is we are all human and humans are frugivores. If you want to fight nature go at it, it's your choice.
Metabolic typing was introduced by William Donald Kelley, a dentist, in the 1960s. Kelley advocated basing dietary choices on the activity of one's sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. In 1970, Kelley was convicted of practicing medicine without a license, as he had diagnosed a patient with lung cancer based on a fingerstick blood test and prescribed nutritional therapy. He continued to promote a metabolic typing diet through the 1980s.[3] The practice has been further developed by others including Dr.Harold J. Kristal and William Wolcott
Kelley was the guy that had pancreatic cancer?
Anway he was not a healthy guy at all, but he came up with a clever and convoluted way to cure himself. Just like a lot of people come up with unique and creative ways to unravel the mess they created. In any event this system is nonsense and has only been around 50 years, and it's called metabolic typing so it has to do with your current metabolic state. People's metabolisms change from morning to evening and through their lives, so it's a scam sorry to say.
If you have a weight problem and look like a pig like Grizzly von iodine, just take a few weeks and eat vegan and see what happens.
