True! I don't do well with meat... it makes me very bloated and gassy. Every now and then I'll indulge in a cheese steak and eat about half of it without any bad results.. chicken and fish I'm ok with. But opposite of most people on this forum, I can consume carbs and grains in huge amounts and be totally fine. I grew up on fruit so I like it and try to include it in every meal.. but my kids hate it. I have to threaten them to eat certain things because their dad loads them with junk. I started making caramel apples.. they'll eat them all day which is better than nothing I guess. They get a kitchen spoonful of caramel on top.
My kids are meat lovers though.. but they have more regular body functions. I used to think it was bad that my 45 pound 8 year old would poop these enormous poops like 3 times a day and her younger sister whos the same size only goes every other day and has smaller poops. My 16 and 18 year old have jobs and buy their own contraband food... theyre beyond help. It really is something that even people with most of the same dna can be so different.
