I'm taking Diflucan 150mg once a week for a month and am into my 2nd week. Incredible fatigue, sleeping a lot. Do not eat fruit or starches with a lot of natural sugars, they feed the candida. Drink some warm water every hour to help flush. Taking PB8 probiotic, and also Milk Thistle to support the liver as it works hard. Taking Molybdenum also and lots of Vitamin C.
A day or 2 after taking the Diflucan there is more die-off, but less each time. I figure after 2 more doses (2 wks) I should be clearer. Then I will eat grapes and see what happens with all the natural sugars. You can also eat plain yogurt but make sure it has no Sugar added as many do. And rest. I'm sleeping about 16-18 hours a day. And the pounds are also melting away. I've itched terribly and that is mostly gone.
