youre past the chance of any increase in detox. the worst detox is always the first and it always improves with continued Iodine supplementation and most time disappears with large enough doses.
dont make the mistake of thinking Iodine is the cause of anything deleterious. Iodine can highlight or enable problems that were already there to surface. its easy to check - stop taking iodine. whatever is happening after 24 hours from then is not iodine. cant be. its not there any more.
i take 200mcg of selenomethionine, 9mg of boron and some zinc every day. i was taking iodine for almost 2 years and at gram doses before i added anything else to my supplements. that was my only one. felt great, made fantastic progress, had wonderful experiences with it - i dont see what the big deal is.
more important than all the rest is salt and potassium.
