Trapper, when you say you take gram daily - do you mean SSKI or Lugol's? Because I remember I read somewhere that only SSKI can be safely taken in amounts >300mg. So if that's true I think it would be better if you always specify that you take SSKI and not Lugol's. Otherwise newcomers of curezone may damage their health.
