Re: Mirena hell: does it cause stress/urge incontinence?

Hi, I had Merina for 10 years with no problems apart from the intitial cramping which lasted a few months. However, I developed urge incontinence over a period of time which eventually required medication so I could function at work, etc. I was doing a search the other day for hair loss and Merina, and discovered that urge incontinence may be connected with Merina. As I am now 51 I decided to remove Merina, took no medication next day for my urge incontinence (which if I leave more than 4 hours the inevitable happens!) and my bladder feels normal again after all these years! I am keeping my fingers crossed as it's now been a week of normal bladder function, I really do feel human again!!!!!
