Re: Q&A: SSKI for the Lungs
Beatty,
Many thanks for your post. You are RIGHT ON. YES! I had been deficient for decades. Vitamin D3 was a miracle for me, and so was the
Iodine protocol.
BUT 10 to 300grams a day of Vitamin c?
Isn't that FAR MORE than to bowel tolerance, and creates severe diarrhea ? Are you referring to Ascorbic Acid? Or do you slowly titrate higher & higher until you reach 300 Grams a day?
You are SPOT ON about sugars being POISON! I have the Sugars well documented here at my website, chapter Optimal Health, Stop Poisoning Ourselves
https://sites.google.com/site/iodinereferenes/optimal-health
Also as part of the Dr. Brownstein
Iodine Protocol, is Vitamin C to bowel tolerance, along with several other important vitamins & minerals.

I do have problems taking Ascorbic Acid capsules, they stick going down, even with water.... so I have been remiss in taking it. I'm going to switch to liquid Ascorbic Acid & I just got this recipe from from Shotsee today on how to make it yourself for a big discount:
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=2201471#i
Shotsee is also a big promoter of Vitamin C. He promotes this file by Dr. Cathcart:
http://vitamincfoundation.org/www.orthomed.com/titrate.htm
He says, "Asthma is most often relieved by bowel tolerance doses of ascorbate. So far all of my patients having asthmatic attacks associated with the onset of viral diseases have been ameliorated by this treatment."
Thank you for your message. I've ordered Liquid Vit C today & also the ingredients I need to make my own, and I'll report back on how it goes.
If Ascorbic Acid works on my asthma, I'll switch to it from
SSKI - worth a try. Vitamin C less expensive than
SSKI . Nice to know of multiple natural cures for asthma.
Best to you,
Grizz
