I am light skinned and rarely get any sunshine. My D3 blood test comes in perfect at 72ng/ml. Ideal is 70 to 80 ng/ml.

For decades I lived in Chicago, worked indoors & never got any sun. Now in West Central TN, rarely get sun.

D3 is not a Vitamin. It is a hormone required for the immune system. See this article:
