OK, here is my unabridged story. You asked for it!

I first noticed my asthma about 30 years ago. I used to do a lot of walking on my job, and I suddenly found myself gasping for air after walking for only a half mile. Doctor prescribed an EXPENSIVE inhaler, blamed my dog and said I was allergic to dog dander. I had "exercise induced asthma."

Then later my condition got worse and something in my office brought on SEVERE asthma attacks. Off to the doctors again after I turned blue and passed out after another asthma attack. Allergen testing proved that I was allergic to nothing.

Doc prescribed an even more expensive inhaler. Numerous trips to the doctor followed over the next 30 years. One inhaler turned into 2 inhalers, and then pills and inhalers. Just prior to experimenting with SSKI , I still suffered exercise induced asthma, this time so bad that s-e-x made me cough, tight chest, could not breath deeply without coughing. Last year I had an emergency trip to the doctor because my lungs filled up & I could not breathe. It was a close call to going to the emergency room. I suspected it was crop spraying around the farms nearby.

I was already taking 50mg Iodoral for a year, which cured my Prostate problems, and I was on 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 which cured my decades of suffering SEVERE chest colds every winter.

So here I am with several 4oz bottles of SSKI that I bought from Trapper on his SSKI sale. ($80 for a 4 oz bottle of SSKI) SSKI stands for "Super saturated Potassium Iodide," which is the natural form of Iodine found in seafoods, it is 30mg per drop.

I started with 15 drops of SSKI which I determined was a dropper full (450mg), also taking my 50mg iodoral. Chest tightness started fading away, and I became aware that mucus was leaving my lungs naturally. I won't go on vacation without my Vitamin D3! That dosage is essential to prevent SERIOUS chest colds. I dare not even skip a day of D3.

May I ask how Old you are? You began having problems 30 years ago, so this is something that developed in you over time? Do you remember what you were doing at the time, any exposures, what you were eating?

I presume since you are posting this on the Candida Forum you have concluded definitively that it is candida in the lungs that was at cause of your chest tightness. Although the lungs are closely connected to the intestines via the vagus or pneumogastric nerve and would share a common immunosensitivity, the effective antifungal dosage of Iodine is 10 to 20 grams, so I do not think it is candida in your lungs being affected by the iodine.

Whatever I have is a chronic immune system reaction. The candida problem I used to have could have been the 'straw that broke the camels back', But I have a feeling it is chronic mercury toxicity at root cause of my constricted windpipe. I have opted out the possibility of a bacterial infection because I have done steamed essential oil inhalations with some intensity.

Excess Iodine does get secreted through the mucus, which would include the mucus in the lungs. If this is the case then no doubt taking a large dose of Iodine would increase the secretion of iodine into the lungs and have some kind of effect. Since it is effective at breaking apart and binding to mercury complexes, perhaps this is the action of the SSKI which has helped you?

I am definitely going to do the high dose SSKI protocol and will see the results shortly. If it works, to hell with the testimonial, I will sing a song for curezone :)
