The pain you describe is similar to when I once did a flush with salt, It was comparable to a gallstone attack. I also don't have my gallbladder.

No bile since that last time. I'm dropping this now, tried everything I can think of. Blah. Only way for a bile relief is with a 2.l water enema but that isn't really safe to depend on more than once or twice a week. This all started same week i followed Gubarev's protocol, I figure they fled to common bile duct and/or around the liver. Feels thumping there at night. If I'd decide to go E.R I wouldn't know what to tell them because the truth won't really work. This is just too exhausting, might just go ahead with the worm meds/ herbs and focus on getting my endocrine system back. Ignoring this, and the coffee enemas hoping for the things I'd take to kill whatever keeps blocking.
