Rough situation I can imagine, at least I'm lucky to live alone and not have to worry about others. Question, what was it they could see moving in the ultrasound?
Honestly, as many times I've gone to E.R for help, my faith in them is long lost. Typically, instead of giving me help when standing right next to the doctor with ongoing gallstone attack, praying for mercy, I get sent home with the reason that being young and slender doesn't qualify their brain scanned holy judgemental parameters. Took them 4 visits to do something.

I did the liver flush, It didn't help the situation although I got out a nice bunch of large stones. I'll continue to do them I guess.

Good news for me is that for the moment I'm able to have bowel movements. But only with continuously Large with a capital "l" doses of magnesium, hcl, cascara, fennel, cayenne, turmeric, eucalyptus oil and vitamin c. The tip I got about castor oil unfortunately didn't help, also tried doing a castor oil pack, not sure if that did anything. The BM's are tan colored, what I understand that mean low or no bile flow.

Maybe the reason of my paralyzed intensities and constipation is just lack of bile, caused by something maybe most likely either Ascaris or rope worm in the biliary duct. I can only guess, what I don't know is what my next step will be and the more I think about worms in my duct blocking the more this feel like a dead end. The output isn't looking well and I get weaker and colder by the day.
Moving on.. did coffee enemas moment ago, I hear and feel the liver growl quite a lot and with it comes the usual pressure. I feel its doing its job but just no bile gets out.

I have a theory
This started 4 weeks ago. That same week, I was doing Gubarev's enema protocol for Rope worm and as much of a pain in the ass that was was, it successfully did what is was designed to do. Then after 1 week I had to rest.
In lack of anything else, I'm thinking maybe this could be a possible connection. I irritated the worms in my intestines and then maybe some of them moved into the ducts. Maybe? Just shooting in the dark here but would that even make sense?
