What makes you think you have ascaris? Because of the crawley feelings everywhere?
You need to get some mag citrate asap. The blockage could be fecal matter too and if you leave it go its gonna get worse. I was hospitalized twice with blockages years ago from pain meds after surgery and they gave me soapy water enemas and mag citrate.
