Hello. I can relate to your story! I tried just about everything to get well.

Have you looked into Emotional Freedom Technique? It's all over the internet. A practitioner with experience in Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome recovery or working with people with AF or POTS would be your best bet.

I recovered from CFS, AF and POTS using it. Latest studies show a 24% drop in cortisol levels after 1 hour of EFT.

I can lead a normal life now and am HEALTHY and I sleep!

There is hope!!! Hang in there and add EFT to the list of things to seriously try properly.
