Re: I cured my Candida forever

Dave,

IMO 4,000 IU is not nearly enough D3. The doctors I have quoted all agree that 8,000 or more IU's are needed to get your blood level to the required 70+ ng/ml. At home inexpensive blood test here:

* At Home Blood Test: Blood should measure between 70 to 80 ng/ml http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/about-vitamin-d/testing-for-vitamin-d/

The recommended co-factors cannot hurt: I tke these supplements anyway for other reasons:

* Cofactor vitamins can help those who may have trouble getting their blood test to the optimum 70-80 ng/ml. Experience has demonstrated most of us can get optimal blood testing without the cofactors:
* Magnesium
* Vitamin K
* Zinc
* Boron
* Vitamin A

We would want these co-factors anyway just for optimal health, and powering up the immune system. Also do an internet search, "Benefits of xx" to see all of the additional health benefits of each co-supplement.
