my desperation to cure EC led to malnutrition..i have been avoiding proteins, dairy etc.. and my doc has now put me on Vit D3 60K IU/week and other multi-vitamin&mineral tabs.

it's only been a week to report major difference..(also i started eating everything! from gluten to sugars..) and the build up isn't like crazy! anyhow my peeling cycle had slowed down to 2 weeks before i started taking D3 itslef.. so i'll update my lip condition in another week again.

1. How many time pass since you started to feel and and to be cured?

2. Do you take 50.000 in one dose or varius?

Amazing. Interesting how nature and common sense go hand in hand huh? Well I have been sufferring mental illness along with fatigue and other symptoms(?) And I finally went to a naturopath and found out I have had parasites for 10yrs. I started a Colon Cleanse and DE along with CS, pau darco etc. And was really feeling myself again. Best sleep in years...Then had another mental episode and think thats when the toxins really got to my head. Serious brainfog and tinnitus. Well I moved out and am waiting for food stamps to allow for wellness funds to start my natural path again

Is 50000iu necessary or can 10000iu be ok? I still have alot of parasites to kill before anything absorbs so I can go either way with this. The thing is that d3 is readily available at nowfoods for about 15usd while getting 50k may be more difficult and costly.

I hate MDs so much now. There booksmarts amount to whats going to be in my toilet here soon.

I'm praying you read this message because I know it's been awhile. Can you please tell me if it was 50,000 that you took daily and NOT week? For a month? You didn't specify in your post :(

Thanks for your post...I have discovered similar results. I am not 100% back to clear health, but when i forget to take vitamin d and levels drop i feel like i take a few steps back. ONCE VITAMIN D STAYS IN 60 to 80 range for months people you will see a real change.... A guy at work took my advice and says it changed his life. He was not ill. People listen to this post! Get D3 only One stop to store and a pill a day in mornimg on empty stomach!! Thats it people and get labs done every 30 days til u get it right!!
