What is your experience with k2 vs D3? Why is k2 so essential to D3?
I have never felt any need for K2. I occasionally take 6mg of K2 and I don't notice any difference with or without. Maybe this is because I get enough K2 from my diet?
Where if I skip taking D3, I soon start coming down with a cold. So I dare not skip D3, especially in winter ! D3 is the only supplement I take with me on vacation.
