Two examples from online from credible sources of big helminths that can infect himans -

Arguing this makes no sense. There are plenty of big ones that can be in humans and it makes logical sense that a big parasite can cause some pain and discomfort when moving in someones body, and as said before even studies talk about parasites migrating.
