Yes they do. And if you check out case studies with doctors on Youtube, regarding parasites that have migrated to the eyes and the brain that were detected and removed via laser.

Also, people forget what an integrated world we are. To say, it's rare and we don't get that in the west is B.S. Rare doesn't mean impossible.

Their is import/export of goods, exchange and services than ever, along with international travel.
