Ok so even it if it cytokines attacking microscopic worms, they are still worms in your tissues and you can feel it. It feels like a crawling sensation. As far as the big worms. When they are dying they thrash around and some people can feel it. Everyone can feel internal and external pain, discomfort in a different way. One person may feel them one may not. Some people don't even feel pain inside or out.
