Re: warfarin for life?

A bit late response, but I hope it helps. I had a stroke and PE within a year at the of 32.

No health problems were found after millions of testing. No health problems according to modern medicine. I did my own research and found Dr. Ray Peat's work. After reading his research I checked my estradiol levels. It came up very high for a man. It is stress hormone Dr Peat says. It should detoxed through the liver. Then I realized something is up with the liver. Checked liver enzymes and found out they were high. Light stool color and constipation is a clear indication of liver congestion and obstruction of bile flow. This problem further supressed my thyroid function. Dr Peat says TSH must be under 1.0 for a heathy person. Mine is 2.2.

I did multiple Liver Flushes which helped my liver for a bit. Then it is congested again. It needs more work. Liver Flush worked, but it made me feel really bad for a few days. I had the PE 2 days after it. Not sure if there was a connection between the two.

Now I follow Ray Peat guidelines to improve my metabolism and lower estrogen levels which produced blood clots.
