Re: Role of Bifidobacterium in human health.

destinii

well for a vegetarian it may be hard to cure because pathogens metabolise fiber into glucose for energy to grow. Meat products create amino acids for the body especially for the liver the detox organ. i gain most of my
diet ideas from GAPS DIET, WESTON PRICE DIET and the SCDiet and they mostly say that fiber is hard to digest basically. fiber is hard to digest, is hard on the gut lining, feed pathogens, delays healing. If you juice the vegatables then thats a option to get out of the fiber trap. Fat heals the body, protein builds the tissues and probiotics build all the flora in the body basically. kefir will cause histamine reaction from die off, plus the lacto bacteria produce lactic acid which causes histamine reaction. but what i was saying is you have to get through that cycle of histamine to heal. U have to take a very strong probiotic 100 billion+ to carve a path for the kefir bacteria to colonize then the histamine response will go away. the histamine in tolerance will go away with all foods. then when the gut heals you can eat anything absolutely.
