Thanks for your reply commonknowledge! I am a vegetarian for almost 10 years and also do not eat eggs but maybe i have to do this.

On the leaky gut forum, some say you must eat high fiber, others say no fiber. Then it is high fat low carb, then you'll read no fat high carb. It makes me crazy sometimes. Bought aqua kefir yesterday to brew it at home, hopefully this will not give me a hystamine reaction.

I see that you almost only eat meat products, is this the best way to heal the candida and the leaky gut? I even eat sh*t if it cures this terrible disease. Meat is difficult for me after 10 years but if it heals then it must be
done. Thanks.
