im not brazilianguy but i would take in any sugar/polysaccharides,FOS/MOS or even fiber because those all get fermented by candida and other pathogens. you first have to eat a boring diet and move out the candida and replace the candida with probiotic seeds so to speak. once the probitics out number the pathogens then introduce fiber back into the diet to see your reaction. if you get healthier, then that means you have changed the ratio of bacteria. I read this from dr natasha mcbrides book. Im currently trying to do this myself.
