I have had Mirena for 3 years, after being on depo and normal paps or over 10 years. My last pap showed abnormal cells, so I had a biopsy. After 7 tissue samples were taken one came back "severe dysplasia/CIN3". My gyne recommends a LEEP which I am scheduled for Aug. 13. I have been going crazy looking up anything and everything I came across your post and can so relate. Can I please ask what has happened since? I really appreciate your input.
