welcome Mang! yes you always have good insight and obv your own testimony. Now I finally GET IT..oN the Cortisol. ALOT of the times at night between 10-11 PM I will feel more energetic, so I wind down and do a full sleep hygiene program. I also do have sleep apnea and use acpap machine which I despise, of course. But I will get those tests done you mentioned ASAP! Is there anything I can do or take in the interim to help me keep my cortisol more near normal limits in a 24 hr period? I heard licorice but not sure.. Thanks once again.
