If you have lost 25 within two weeks, you have definitely protozoa. So you have ask yourself, where did you eat, and what you ate and drank out of the ordinary when you got ill. And then see a parasitologist. The only one who can find with some luck parasites are Dr. Kevin Cahill. He uses a sigmoidscope, to examine fresh stool.
